Seminar on Economy and Business Opportunities with Indonesia

India and Indonesia have shared two millennia of close cultural and commercial contacts. #Indonesia has emerged as the largest trading partner of India in the ASEAN region. Bilateral trade has increased from US$ 4.3 billion in 2005-06 to US$ 17 billion in 2016-17. India is the second largest buyer of coal and crude palm oil from Indonesia and imports minerals, rubber, pulp and paper and hydrocarbons reserves. India exports refined petroleum products, commercial vehicles, telecommunication equipment, agriculture commodities, bovine meat, steel products and plastics to Indonesia. There are around 100,000 Indonesians of Indian origin in Indonesia.

To take advantage of the enormous potential that exists, Federation of Telangana and AndhraPradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry#FTAPCCI is organizing a Seminar on Economy and Business Opportunities with Indonesia on 13th December, 2017 at 4.30 p.m. at J.S. Krishna Murty Hall, Federation House, Red Hills, Hyderabad.

Half a Day Workshop on Transitional Form Filing

As you are aware that the due date for Filing of Transitional Forms on 27th December 2017, in view of this Federation of Telangana and AndhraPradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry is organising a workshop on 15th December 2017 at 4pm at JSK Hall, #FTAPCCI to clear the doubts of the dealers on How to fill up Form GST TRAN 1, 2, 3, 3A & 3B and effect Credit Transfer Document in GST (CTD). 
We are pleased to inform that Sri Mohd. Irshad Ahmed, Partner, M I A & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Trainer on GST IT system at CBEC/ NACEN, Hyderabad will explain the Filing of Transitional Forms and clear the doubts of the participants. 

To defray a part of expenses a delegate fee of Rs. 600/- per participant (inclusive of GST -18 %) is being charged. The delegate fee can be paid by cash/ cheque/ DD drawn in favor of FTAPCCI payable at Hyderabad.

Workshop on “Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code"

We are happy to inform you that Institute Of Directors (Institute Of Directors, IndiaInstitute of Directors Hyderabad) in association with The Federation of Telangana and AndhraPradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry(FTAPCCI) are jointly organizing a Workshop on “Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code" scheduled on 14 December’ 2017 at #FTAPCCI Auditorium from 10.00am to 2pm followed by Lunch. 

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, a landmark legislation consolidating the regulatory framework governing the restructuring and liquidation of persons (including incorporated and unincorporated entities) was enacted into law by the Parliament on 11 May 2016 in the backdrop of the turmoil in the financial sector. The Code will enable prompt action in the early stages of debt default by a firm, maximising the recovery amount in a time-bound manner and will extend to individuals, companies, limited liability partnerships, and partnership firms. It will also help creditors recover loans faster.

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India constituted on 1 October 2016 under the Chairmanship of Dr MS Sahoo, is empowered to frame regulations on matters pertaining to insolvency and bankruptcy. In the code, the role of the existing infrastructure of National Company Law tribunals and debt recovery tribunals to address corporate insolvency and individual insolvency, respectively, is emphasized upon. Dr. Mukulita Vijayawargiya, WTM Administrative Law Wing, Insolvency, and Bankruptcy Board of India will be part of the program.

The objective of the conference is to acquaint the participants with the knowledge and process involved in latest methods of organization processes based on the principles of Insolvency and Bankruptcy. The conference brings together experts speakers from different companies which will be a highly intensive and interactive session with various stakeholders, and would aim to review the relevant details of the code in the context of building ecosystem for the Insolvency and Bankruptcy code 2016.
